The position provides administrative support by conducting formal education and serving as a resource for clinical issues as needed. The role involves performing prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and acting as a resource person to achieve therapeutic goals in the care of patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunctions. The individual will consult with physicians and other health team members to determine treatment procedures and time schedules. Additionally, the position requires active participation in in-service education, infection control, and performance improvement programs.
