To perform specialized respiratory therapy services under medical supervision.
Requirements
Successful completion of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy program.
Maintains Florida license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Previous hospital experience preferred.
All Respiratory Therapists will hold the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential prior to their first day of employment.
Respiratory Therapists are required to maintain Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support or the equivalent as determined by the site of hire.
