Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
  • State licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Minimum of an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and respiratory care documentation software.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
