About The Position

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality respiratory care across a diverse patient population. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver both routine and advanced respiratory therapy to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in a variety of clinical settings. Key Responsibilities: Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Provide care in critical care environments, including the Intensive Care Units (ICUs), Emergency Department, and other high-acuity areas. Respond to emergency situations and participate in rapid response and code teams. Rotate through various departments within the Health System as needed to support patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Schedule: May include rotating day and night shifts. Flexibility to work in any area of the Health System is required. The pay rate is $65.08 /hour. Position may convert to career.

Requirements

• AA/AS Degree, Graduate of AMA Approved 2-Year Respiratory Therapy Program or similar
• RCP State License in the state of California
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) (American Heart Association only)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Preferred/Required for NICU

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or similar
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS/ALS)
