About The Position
Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Respiratory Therapist - Limited License Student performs a variety of duties related to all aspects of respiratory care. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring respiratory equipment for both infants and adults, obtaining arterial blood gas samples, assisting in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, performing EKG tracings, and maintaining accurate records of patient therapies. This position covers the essential functions of the role under a limited license and is classified as a per diem opportunity. The incumbent may be assigned additional related duties as needed.
