About The Position

The Registered Respiratory Therapist II at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is responsible for providing professional and compassionate respiratory therapy care to patients with acute or chronic cardiopulmonary disorders. Requirements

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) CPR certification.
  • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Current Hawai‘i State Respiratory Therapist License.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year respiratory care or related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.
