About Us - Respiratory Therapy Respiratory Therapy consists of state licensed, professionally trained respiratory care practitioners and therapists Our team is there to assess the needs of patients and provide therapies to help speed the healing and recovery to return to the highest possible level of cardiopulmonary health as quickly as possible We are looking for compassionate individuals with critical thinking skills to quickly solve problems and work along side our team Schedule On-call only (PRN), work on an as-needed basis - weekends. Freeman Health System includes Freeman Hospital West, Freeman Hospital East, Freeman Neosho Hospital and Ozark Center – the area’s largest provider of behavioral health services – as well as two urgent care clinics, dozens of physician clinics and a variety of specialty services.
Requirements
- Completion of accredited Respiratory Care program.
Responsibilities
- Delivers routine therapy under the supervision of a credentialed member of the Respiratory Therapy department as directed by physicians and in accordance with the objectives and policies of the hospital.
- Consults department manager and other credentialed Respiratory Care Practitioners on unusual policy making decisions.
- Works under general supervision of Director of Respiratory Services and direct supervision of other credentialed RCPs.
