of women’s and children’s services and a complete line of medical and imaging
services. We are a Certified Chest Pain center and recognized as a Primary

North Alabama Medical Center’s 24-hour emergency department serves as the
primary referral center for major trauma cases in Northwest Alabama.

Performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and
standards of practice.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be currently enrolled in Respiratory Therapy program.
• Current Alabama Student Respiratory Therapy Practitioner License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire date.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
