A Brief Overview Under the general supervision of the clinical director (M.D., D.O., or PhD) or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. Provides direct patient care in the Sleep Disorders Lab performing sleep studies and scoring of sleep studies and involvement is all sleep related clinics. Provides appropriate respiratory care specific to the pediatric population in accordance with hospital and sleep lab policy/procedures. Provides communication to physicians as appropriate based on findings of sleep study. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient care and education, and sleep medicine clinics.
