About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead and oversee respiratory services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring 24/7 coverage, managing clinical operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.
Requirements
- Active Ohio Respiratory Care License
- 2+ years of experience (leadership preferred)
- Ventilator and chronic care experience required
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Respiratory Therapists
- Ensure quality respiratory care and regulatory compliance
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs
- Oversee ventilator care and chronic respiratory patients
- Maintain equipment, policies, and clinical standards
