About The Position
Columbus Technical College seeks an individual to serve as the Program Director/Instructor for the Respiratory Care program. The Program Director will serve as the first-line administrator within the program area, responsible for the overall leadership, planning, implementation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of all aspects of the Respiratory Care program. This individual will ensure that the program complies with the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care's (CoARC) policies, procedures, and standards. This individual will be responsible for the classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction and prepare lesson plans for these areas. This position will also require evaluating student progress in attaining goals and objectives. Additional duties include attending staff development training, workshops, seminars, conferences, and advisory committee meetings and completing mandatory staff development training. This is a full-time/exempt position.
