Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) certification.
  • State Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician certification.
  • Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory care to patients as per established protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and their families about respiratory care and management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
