This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient care and education. It may also include caring for patients requiring respiratory therapy not limited to medication administration and care of Trach/Vent patients. External candidates may be eligible for: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus $2500.00 is paid out after successful completion of the introductory period $2500.00 is paid out after successful completion after 6 months of being in the position Hours: 6:30pm-7:00am Schedule: 3 - 12 hour shifts per week Limited Weekends No Holidays Onsite at our Sleep Clinic at the Milwaukee campus.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Current licensure by the State of Wisconsin as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) required.
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and BRPT (Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists) preferred; required within 24 months of hire.
  • Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
  • Analytical skills necessary to resolve complex clinical problems relating to the integration of anatomy and physiology to sleep/wake pathology and patient safety and welfare.
