About The Position
The ideal candidate will provide administrative and patient coordination support for our outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program. This role requires effective clinical communication skills to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate patient therapy sessions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with hours subject to change based on hospital operational needs. Prior outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required; candidates with a strong interest in outpatient rehabilitative services and patient-centered care are encouraged to apply. We are looking for a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Requirements
- Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
- Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
- For hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases, at least a high school diploma is required, preferably an associate degree.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred.
- Prior outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required; candidates with a strong interest in outpatient rehabilitative services and patient-centered care are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals and maintains all equipment in working order.
- Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested.
