Deliver engaging instruction in online and traditional formats, support student learning, and maintain accurate academic records. Responsibilities include course preparation, assessment, and compliance with departmental and institutional policies and deadlines. Instruct courses in both online and traditional in-person formats (on-campus and off-campus), with class times that may include daytime and evening hours. Deliver instruction in alignment with the philosophy of the College and within the scope of approved course outlines. Provide academic support and guidance to students to enhance learning and success. Perform additional duties as assigned by the coordinator in support of departmental and institutional goals. Contribute to syllabi development and distribution for all assigned sections in accordance with departmental and divisional policies. Evaluate and return student work in a timely manner to promote learning and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate and current records of student progress and attendance. Submit final grades and all required reports and documentation by established deadlines. Utilize the College's learning management system (Canvas) to develop and manage course content. Provide end-of-term course assessment data to the program coordinator.
