About The Position

The Respiratory Account Executive (RAE) at SuperCare Health is a dynamic outside sales and marketing representative responsible for driving patient referrals from physician offices, hospitals, and post-acute care providers. The role focuses on promoting respiratory equipment and supplies, including Ventilation, Vests, Oxygen, BiPAP, and CPAP, while meeting sales goals and establishing strong relationships with referral sources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; preferred bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or natural science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of home healthcare and/or post-acute care.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare DME, Ventilation, Vests, Oxygen, CPAP, BiPAP, and respiratory supplies.
  • Understanding of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other insurance regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical sales and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in the healthcare DME industry.
  • Active participation in professional healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic planning and selling to referral sources.
  • Become an expert on core products of Respiratory Equipment and Supplies.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and quotas to maximize commission and drive revenue.
  • Identify and evaluate top referral sources in the territory.
  • Establish relationships and seek patient referrals from 8 to 10 referral sources daily.
  • Maintain excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Make presentations to physicians and agencies regarding products and services.
  • Complete administrative duties including expense reports and conference calls.
  • Provide organizational excellence through dedication and customer service.
  • Analyze pharmacology products and apply training on healthcare industry trends.
