The Operations Coordinator at Passion Resources plays a crucial role in supporting the mission of Passion City Church, which is to be for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. This position is primarily focused on the day-to-day operations of Passion Resources, particularly through e-commerce platforms that cater to bulk sales for churches, ministries, and resellers. The Operations Coordinator will strategically contribute to the growth of the Passion brand and its overall strategy, ensuring that the initiatives and resources developed within the Passion family are effectively shared with the broader community in Atlanta and beyond. In this role, the Operations Coordinator will oversee in-house order fulfillment, which includes managing stock levels, developing and nurturing a team of volunteers, ordering supplies, and leading bi-annual inventory counts. The individual will also handle the daily operations of the e-commerce store, which involves adding new products, updating the catalog, resolving technical issues with support, and collaborating with the marketing team on new graphics and promotional campaigns. A key aspect of this position is to ensure that the entire customer journey aligns with Passion's brand and mission, providing exceptional customer service to both online and retail customers. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will manage inventory and ordering for significant events such as the Passion Conference and Passion Camp, oversee all retail locations, and lead the execution of new product launches. The role requires collaboration with the Passion Marketing Team to plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns, as well as working with other team members on special events that require point of sale services. This position is dynamic and may involve other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors or senior management personnel.
