About The Position

Now Hiring - Flexible Schedule, Part Time, Floater for a growing child care center! Did you previously work in a daycare but are burnt out? Are you looking to get your feet wet in the industry? Do you like working with kids, but not writing lessons and completing assessments? A Part-Time Floater at the Goddard School of Spring House will join our growing team of 25 teachers and over 150 families to support the school in a variety of ways. We will work with your availability to create a part time schedule that allows our school to continue to grow quickly! Full Time teachers are eligible to receive a wide range of benefits to support you and your family. If you work under 35 hours a week, these benefits will not be available to you. Requirements

Have 2 years of Early Child Care experience
Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers

Responsibilities

Promote positive classroom management techniques
Share ideas and experiences with Lead and Assistant Teachers
Collaborate with directors and onsite owners
Candidates should share their experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students.
While growing our faculty, we will provide all teachers the opportunity to explore various ages and developmental levels as we find ideal mutual fits for each teacher.
