The Resource Support Coordinator supports daily operations by creating accurate staff schedules and managing timecards. You ensure compliance with union contracts and scheduling guidelines while providing reliable support to staff and leadership—helping care teams stay focused on patient care. Key Position Details: A successful candidate will be highly comfortable working with numbers, calculations, and detailed system workflows. They will accurately interpret and manage complex timecards, apply union and organizational rules to real‑time staffing decisions, and handle fast‑moving scheduling demands with strong logic and attention to detail. This person thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly with staff and leaders while managing multiple detailed tasks. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with hospital staffing and scheduling Previous experience with contract labor Onsite position 1.0 FTE (80 hours every two-week pay period) 8-hour day shifts: 900am - 5:30pm; with flexibility to work earlier based on business needs No weekends
