We are looking for a part-time Resource Specialist in the Information Center. Duties include fielding inbound calls and chats to assist members with analyzing, researching and resolving inquires related to member accounts. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of First Community's products and services.
