As a Resource Nurse in Ambulatory Care, you'll support the work of the Clinical Services Team standardization workflow. You will support the Clinical Services Directors with rounding, auditing at all the AZ Region Clinics. We feel we have something special here and are looking forward to you joining our team. Location: New River Trails - 7701 W Aspera Blvd. Glendale AZ. 85308. This person will be expected to travel to all clinics from time to time, depending on needs of specific clinics. New River Trails as a ‘touch base’ location. Schedule: Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm with flexibility to start days early as 7:00am depending on projects or roll out of new processes. POSITION SUMMARY This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
