About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a night shift Resource Registered Nurse to join our team. Your top priority will be providing patient-focused care and serving as a resource to all departments as needed and may be scheduled to work in one unit for an entire shift or help in multiple departments throughout the day. As a crucial member of the patient care team, you will provide nursing care that is adapted to the individual patient's needs based on the nursing process. Your team will depend on you to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. You may also delegate or indirectly supervise the support nursing staff that participates in the provision of care.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Required.
• 2 years of experience in either ED and ICU or Family Birth required.
• Advanced current certification required or preferred for specific patient populations.

Nice To Haves

• PCU or Med Surg experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
