About The Position

Resource Primary Therapist Monte Nido/Clementine Located in West Linn, Oregon Monte Nido has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. The Resource Primary Therapist is a key member of our clinical team, providing essential therapeutic support across various Monte Nido locations. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as the therapist will travel between sites to provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as support treatment planning and clinical documentation. Traveling Role supporting these facilities: Clementine Lake Oswego, Clementine West Linn, and Monte Nido Portland

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology).
  • License in Oregon (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Ability to travel regularly between multiple locations as assigned.
  • Strong clinical skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with individuals with eating disorders strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions across designated Monte Nido locations.
  • Support clients in their treatment journey, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dietitians, medical professionals, and psychiatric providers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Step in as needed to cover caseloads, ensuring continuity of treatment when site-based therapists are unavailable.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
  • Uphold Monte Nido’s philosophy and culture, supporting clients in achieving recovery.
