About The Position
The Resource Planning Sr. Analyst II / Team Lead position in the CVA Inventory & Data Management Unit at Honda is responsible for developing and coordinating budgets and predictive data analysis to achieve fleet management objectives and CAPEX investment goals. This role serves as a project lead between CVA and IT, ensuring that business needs are met and effectively communicated. The Team Lead will also mentor and develop direct reports to enhance job performance and engagement, aligning with Honda's 2030 Vision.
