About The Position
The Water Policy group at the Central Arizona Project (CAP) is seeking a Resource Planning & Analysis (RPA) Manager to lead a team of professionals that is dedicated to innovative, high quality water resource planning and analysis work. RPA serves the CAP Board, Senior Management, and other CAP departments, including Colorado River Programs, the Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District (CAGRD), Finance, Legal and Water Operations. RPA also participates in regional planning efforts and has regular interaction with the Arizona Department of Water Resources, Arizona Water Banking Authority, Bureau of Reclamation, cities and towns, and others. With support and guidance from Senior Management, the RPA Manager will lead the RPA team to support CAP's mission of delivering water in CAP's three-county service area, which includes 6 million people and a diverse group of municipal, industrial, agricultural and tribal water users.
