As a Resource Planning & Analysis Consultant on the Tech Ops Resource Planning & Analysis Team, you’ll lead near‑term and mid‑term capacity and demand planning with a focus on overnight maintenance, facilities, and workforce, bringing expert‑level analytics and internal consulting to guide strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Fleet Strategy, Network Planning, Operational Performance, FP&A, Fleet Management, Maintenance Planning, and Maintenance Programs to shape a holistic in‑house maintenance strategy aligned with the broader enterprise vision. You’ll also partner with Southwest Maintenance Facilities across the system to support requests for facility additions, remodels, and standardization efforts, working hand‑in‑hand with the Southwest Facilities, Airport Affairs, and Real Estate Departments to ensure consistency, efficiency, and long‑term operational readiness.
