About The Position
A Foster Parent Recruiter to develop and implement creative strategies and activities that lead to the identification and engagement of qualified new resource families statewide for the Treatment Foster Care program.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- Must have at least 3 years foster parent experience with reference from the certified agency.
- Excellent public speaking skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of recruiting and retention programs
- ability to independently plan and organize time and activities
Nice To Haves
- experience in foster care recruitment or non-profit marketing a plus
