Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Resource Registered Nurse to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Cary, North Carolina.  Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) required; BSN preferred
  • Current state RN license without limitations
  • Minimum two years of experience in women’s health and/or infertility
  • Ability to manage patient caseloads, coordinate care, and communicate complex clinical information clearly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and clinical staff regarding patient care practices, protocols, and treatment plans
  • Assist primary nurse coordinators with patient care, callbacks, and follow-up as needed
  • Provide patient education and emotional support throughout all phases of fertility treatment
  • Communicate physician orders, laboratory results, and treatment instructions to patients with clear interpretation and guidance
  • Support clinic operations by assisting with monitoring appointments, injection classes, and coverage during staffing shortages
