About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Resource Manager to join our PMO team and play a pivotal role supporting all staffing related functions. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating staffing needs across multiple departments, ensuring that the right talent is in place to meet organizational goals. Resource Manager works with the corporate recruiter, PMO staff and Program Leads/Managers, subcontract partners, and other corporate groups. Responsible for all staffing, onboarding, and transitioning of personnel for a large contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and/or resource management, and a deep understanding of workforce optimization strategies.
