This role offers the opportunity to manage approximately 150,000 acres of timberlands by applying cutting-edge silvicultural practices and operational strategies to maximize forest health, growth, and value. What You'll Do: As a Resource Management Forester, you will be part of a regional team managing approximately 150,000 acres of company‑owned timberlands. You’ll focus on sustainable forest management, employing research-based, site-specific silvicultural and operational tools to maximize forest health, growth, and value. A Day in the Life: You’ll spend time in the field conducting inventories, monitoring compliance, and overseeing silviculture treatments. Office work includes planning, budgeting, and using GIS tools to develop management strategies.
