About The Position
The Resource Management Associate (RMA) at Sand Pine Elementary is a vital role responsible for managing library media collections and ensuring that both teachers and students have access to the necessary instructional resources and digital tools that enhance teaching and learning. This position requires collaboration with District technicians to facilitate the effective use of these resources. The RMA will work closely with school staff to fulfill resource requests and will play a key role in supporting and guiding the daily operations of the media center and collaboration center. This includes overseeing the organization and maintenance of library collections, assisting in the integration of technology into the learning environment, and providing support for various educational initiatives within the school. The RMA will also be involved in training staff and students on the use of digital tools and resources, ensuring that the media center is a welcoming and productive space for all users.
