RESOURCE COORDINATOR The Resource Coordinator (RC) is responsible for providing support services for participants, developing Individual Anti-Violence plans (IAP), providing case management and guidance to participants through the reentry process while attending the JEVS SAS Violence Intervention Prevention program (VIP). The RC will help prepare participants who have been referred by Philadelphia Department of Probations and Parole as well as those selected for the program from the Philadelphia Department of Prisons (PDP) and the Montgomery County Department of Prisons (MCDP) facility, who have been identified as being high risk of recidivation of violent crime or participate in violent behavior that are between 30-60 days of being released from custody. The RC will facilitate VIP focus groups as part of the JEVS SAS VIP Program. The RC will also provide referral and assistance with securing wrap-round support services as may be needed by the clients in the JEVS SAS VIP Program, or other related reentry, Violence Intervention Prevention support programs.
