About The Position

Primrose School of Lone Tree is seeking a strong, detail-driven Resource Coordinator to anchor our front desk and support daily school operations. This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives on organization, clear communication, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties and serves as an essential campus support position, partnering with families, staff, and school leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage documentation, systems, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, professional communicator with experience supporting customers, families, or clients in a front-facing role
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Comfortable managing digital platforms and systems (Workspace, Slack, Procare or similar tools preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to learn Colorado childcare regulations, including ratios, documentation, and compliance expectations
  • Must meet all Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) background and employment eligibility requirements for work in a licensed early childhood education program

Nice To Haves

  • Prior early childhood experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, staff, and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, phone systems, and daily school communications
  • Support school compliance through ratio awareness, incident documentation, and administrative follow-through
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and well-organized records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers and school leadership to support campus needs
  • Coordinate supplies, materials, signage, and school organization
