Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in resource management, capacity planning or project operations in a Professional Services environment, preferably within FinTech or Saas company.

Responsibilities

  • Capacity Planning & Forecasting – Develops and maintains short-term and long-term capacity plans for Professional Services teams based on project pipeline, sales forecasts and historical trends. Partners with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to anticipate demands and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Resource Allocation & Management – Leads weekly resourcing meetings to align consultants, project managers, and other billable staff to customer engagement. Manages and maintains resource schedules. Identifies and resolves resource conflicts or gaps quickly to minimize delivery delays.
  • Utilization & Reporting – Monitors billable utilization and other key metrics across the Professional Services team. Provides regular reporting and analysis to executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Works closely with delivery leaders, HR, and recruiting to manage staffing levels, forecast hiring needs, and onboard new team members into project plans. Supports pre-sales scoping and planning by advising on available capacity and delivery feasibility.
  • Process Improvement – Establishes and refines scalable processes and tools for resource planning and allocation. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, resource agility and team effectiveness.
  • All other duties as assigned
