If it’s not broken, don’t fix it, improve it. Currently, we are seeking a Resource and Manpower Planner to become a part of the HIROTEC team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for project achieving company targets of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety. Track critical projects status both before and after production start dates Strong understanding of HIROTEC America database and ISO requirements. Takes responsibility for any follow-up on communications to be sure desired outcome is achieved. Communicate with appropriate individuals and groups as necessary (i.e., customer service, department supervisors, employees, purchasing, CAD/engineering, management). Review financial status of projects with upper management. Recommends improvements to increase man and machine efficiencies and quality of product. Strong customer interface and satisfaction. Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management. Other duties and projects may be assigned. The ideal candidate will have one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills. Able to read engineering drawings and understand Body in White system process. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Preferred but not required software skills include: CATIA, NX, AutoCAD, etc. Excellent work environment and benefits await you!
