Requirements

  • Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods.
  • Attention to detail in order to maintain unit's appearance and operating standards.
  • Minimum of one to two years gourmet culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests.
  • Displaying and encouraging teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Maintaining company cooking standards and assume responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others.
