About The Position
As a Resort Services Operator, you will provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests. You will answer, route calls, and take messages to the appropriate departments, complete daily reports and records as required, supply information to callers and record messages, and call back all guests who called to assure completion of the request. Additionally, you will maintain required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required, and be a liaison with the front desk daily for services and the VIP lists.
