About The Position

Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for Resort Servers to join our food and beverage team! Work in any of the following... Above Deck Pizzeria Server Breakfast Server Banquet Server The purpose of the server is to see the guest through their food and beverage experience while providing positive and quality food service in any of our settings.

Requirements

Must Have 1yrs experience
Requires the ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner
Must be organized, personable, and enthusiastic
Must possess a high regard for customer service
Must have reliable transportation and be able to work early hour day shifts, if needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders from the guest
Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change
Set tables in accordance to the guest and provide assistance with their concerns
Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order
Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses in a timely, friendly manner
Any other duties as assigned
