About The Position

Be a visible and approachable presence onsite at the resort and waterpark complex, engaging directly with guests in a fun, fast-paced environment. Initiate conversations with guests to promote vacation ownership opportunities. Convert warm leads into sales through personalized presentations and relationship-building. Sell vacation packages by identifying guest preferences and offering tailored solutions. Provide concierge-style service, recommending local attractions and enhancing the overall guest experience. Collaborate with resort staff to ensure seamless guest interactions and maintain a positive brand image. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus).
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Sales experience is ideal, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn matter most.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Comfortable using computers for daily tasks.
  • Flexible Schedule Required: Nights, weekends, and holidays.
