About The Position

As the Resort Operations Manager at the luxurious Aria, you will be providing leadership and support to the Senior Hotel Manager in overseeing the Front Desk teams, ensuring alignment with MGM Resorts' brand and service standards. You will also lead the Hotel Management team in achieving operational and financial objectives, including labor management and overall departmental performance. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience in hospitality, management, or related field.
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Hotel Operations such as Front Desk, VIP Services, or Guest Services.
  • Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to execute strategic initiatives from Hotel Strategy CoE.
  • Oversees all Front Desk, Lobby Experience, and Guest Services operations.
  • Assists in developing and implementing policies, procedures, training programs, manuals, schedules, and labor targets for Front Office operations.
  • Accountable for achieving operational and financial performance goals.
  • Leads the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for all Front Office positions, including Front Desk Clerks, Guest Services Specialists, and Hotel Operations Managers.
  • Drives employee engagement and mentorship through coaching, training, recognition, and development initiatives.
  • Provides leadership to elevate the guest experience across Front Office operations, aligned with company service standards.
  • Focuses on enhancing the experience for MGM Rewards Gold+ guests through targeted strategies.
  • Participates in training, supervising, counseling, and coaching Front Office staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
