Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role (theme park, attraction, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support resort operations.
Responsibilities
- Work across a variety of resort zones, supporting smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service.
- Welcome guests at entrances, manage ticket scanning and admissions, and ensure efficient guest flow.
- Support retail operations, including processing sales, handling inventory, preventing loss, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Assist with shows, educational classes, and interactive experiences—helping prepare venues and engage guests.
- Complete opening and closing procedures in line with operational standards.
- Liaise with leadership teams to help resolve guest concerns and ensure a seamless resort-wide experience.
- Adapt to different roles as needed, collaborating with your team to enhance every guest’s visit.
