About The Position

As a Lobby Ambassador, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. A typical day will include providing warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, utilizing tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive, and supplying Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. You will ensure proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximize interactions during peak arrival periods. Additionally, you will promote awareness of brand image internally and externally, assist with any additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume, and take inventories to ensure all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral.

Requirements

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Position may require background and drug screening.
