About The Position

As our Resort Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily operations and performance of the Resort Housekeepers. You will ensure rental units, bath houses, offices, and meeting areas are clean and properly maintained. This is a seasonal position from April - October of 2026.

Requirements

1-year prior housekeeping/cleaning experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work
Knowledge of safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, the internet, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Coordinate team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures
Inspect and approve the team’s work performance
Place orders for cleaning materials as needed; maintain and ensure to stay within budget guidelines
Obtain pricing and place orders to ensure supply for rentals is adequately stocked
Ensure all operations and safety procedures are properly followed
Respond to guests' inquiries and complaints regarding resort housekeeping in a timely and professional manner
