About The Position

A Resort Host’s main focus is ensuring the guest has a wonderful Loon experience. Hosts provide information on events, activities, snow conditions and assist with skis, equipment, solve problems, and are visible and helpful in the beginner and intermediate trail areas, etc. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on events, activities, and snow conditions.
• Assist guests with skis and equipment.
• Solve problems for guests.
• Be visible and helpful in the beginner and intermediate trail areas.
• Complete a commitment for days that they will work.
• Stay to cover the area during busy times, such as 4 PM when turnaround is busy.
• Work on certain holidays and weekends as required.
