The Resort Host Manager is responsible for hiring, managing and evaluating Resort Hosts. Handle hiring/separation paperwork, work schedules and daily communication with the Hosts. Attend the Job Fest and implement start of season, on the job training sessions. The Resort Host Manager will hold a.m. meetings to communicate duties and mountain operations information. Oversee the distribution and maintenance of the Resort Host voucher program. The Resort Host Manager will update General Manger and Human Resource Director on Resort Host operations. The Resort Host Manager will work with the Resort Hosts on the host duties. This position will oversee approximately 35 Resort Hosts. To assist guests on and off hill with Loon Mountain information. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests.
