About The Position
As a Resort Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for communicating and working with Westgate vendors such as Resort Recreation and Tourism Management (RR & TM), Excursions, Scuba, Tennis, Caricature Artists, etc. In order to facilitate products and services for the Activities department. You will coordinate activity and special event programs using themed concepts, assist in set-up and breakdown for special events, and manage subordinate team members in the Activities/Kids Club department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems. You will also organize and update department files, plan parties for owners, guests, and team members, and formulate an environment that increases team members’ morale and motivation. Additionally, you will take charge of the department in the absence of the manager, order, inventory, and distribute logo merchandise and sports equipment, prepare daily and monthly records, collect daily written reports about the Fitness Center and Game Room, and organize vendor reports.
