The Guest Experience Ambassador is the energy behind the fun at the Inn. This role is all about creating memorable moments, sparking joy, and making sure guests of all ages are having an incredible time. Requirements

We are looking for a naturally outgoing and high-energy professional who thrives in an outdoor hospitality setting.
The ideal candidate combines a "safety-first" mindset—particularly around water—with a creative, proactive approach to guest engagement.

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Circulate throughout the property to engage with guests and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
Oversee and host poolside and outdoor recreation activities with a focus on fun and safety
Set up and manage guest experiences like the s’mores station and other seasonal activities
Encourage guest participation in games and events
Serve as a go-to person for guest questions and casual assistance
Keep activity areas clean, organized, and inviting
Work with the team to dream up new ways to surprise and delight guests
