Baristas are responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests by preparing beverages and food items, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized café environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting while delivering friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly and upbeat attitude while providing attentive customer service
Prepare coffee beverages, specialty drinks, pastries, and other café items according to company standards
Accurately enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system and complete cash or card transactions
Ensure food and beverage items are served correctly and in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café and work areas in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines
Complete side work throughout the day, including opening, shift-change, and closing responsibilities
Support smooth daily operations by keeping stations stocked and prepared for service
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership
