About The Position

Under the supervision of the Resort Call Center Manager, the incumbent supervises the daily activities of the Resort Call Center to ensure professional and courteous guest service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years Call Center and/or Hotel Front Desk and/or Telemarketing Sales experience
  • Two (2) years of PMS experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years in reservations department or compatible department
  • Well developed guest service technique
  • Negotiating skills necessary for resolution of guest inquiries
  • Clear pleasant speaking voice
