Requirements

  • Experience in recreation, hospitality, or guest services preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering top-notch guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and basic first aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, promote, and lead daily guest activities including games, sports, arts & crafts, and special events.
  • Ensure guest safety by providing clear instructions, overseeing equipment use, and maintaining activity areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to design new programs and enhance existing ones based on guest feedback.
  • Provide outstanding guest service-answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inventory of activity supplies and spaces.
  • Monitor guest participation and collect feedback to continually improve the activity schedule.
  • Support themed events, holiday celebrations, and resort-wide programming as needed.
